  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Group Home
  • Office Manager to lead the administrative and operational functions of our residential care facility.
This vital role combines leadership, management, and hands-on oversight to ensure the smooth running of daily operations, compliance with care standards, and the delivery of exceptional support to residents. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for senior care, extensive experience in assisted living or nursing home environments, and strong organizational skills to foster a safe, respectful, and nurturing community for individuals with diverse needs, including those requiring memory care and dementia support. Duties Oversee daily operations of the group home, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations related to long-term care and assisted living services Manage staff scheduling, supervision, training, and performance evaluations to promote a motivated and professional team Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to residents' specific needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care Coordinate medication administration processes in accordance with healthcare protocols and ensure accurate record-keeping Maintain budgetary oversight by managing expenses, procurement, and resource allocation effectively Foster positive relationships with residents' families, healthcare providers, and community partners to enhance resident well-being Ensure a safe environment by conducting regular safety audits, incident reports, and emergency preparedness drills Assist in hiring and interviewing staff Ensuring staff paperwork are in compliance Experience Proven management experience within assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or retirement communities with a focus on senior or memory care Extensive background working with individuals with developmental disabilities or those requiring specialized dementia care Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising staff within a healthcare or home & community care setting Knowledge of care plans development, medication administration procedures, and regulatory compliance standards in long-term care environments Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and resource management for healthcare facilities Familiarity with operations management practices specific to group homes or residential care settings Prior experience in social work or related fields that support holistic resident-centered approaches Join us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by leading with compassion, expertise, and enthusiasm.
