Full Job Description Benefits:
401(k) Competitive salary Paid time off BG Healthcare Services is seeking a dependable proactive, and organized Home Care Office Manager to join our leadership team and support the daily operations of our growing home care agency. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing billing and authorization workflows, staffing and scheduling coordination, caregiver onboarding, compliance tracking, office operations, and overall operational support for the agency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, solution-focused, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment while helping maintain structure, accountability, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Manage Medicaid/MCO billing workflows, payment tracking, and accounts receivable follow-up Submit, manage, and track initial and renewal authorizations Coordinate with MCOs, case managers, clients, families, and care partners Manage staffing, scheduling, and onboarding workflows Answer incoming calls and manage daily office operations Assist with intake coordination and client profile setup Maintain organized records while supporting agency oversight, audit readiness, and compliance/QAPI processes Participate in on-call rotation and support agency operations as needed Support operational leadership initiatives and agency growth efforts
Qualifications:
Previous office management, healthcare, or home care experience preferred Experience with Medicaid/MCO billing or authorizations preferred Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-focused Why Join BG Healthcare Services?
