Our dynamic and patient-centered periodontal practice is seeking an Office Manager who can oversee daily operations, foster a positive team culture, and ensure exceptional patient experiences. As the Office Manager, you will play a vital role in leading both the administrative and clinical teams, managing treatment coordination, supporting the doctors and Practice Administrator to keep our office running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management:
Provide strong leadership to ensure the team is aligned with the practice's mission, values, and goals. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and support. Proactively address team performance and resolve internal challenges with professionalism and discretion.
Treatment & Implant Case Coordination:
Manage and present complex treatment and financial plans, including implant and full-arch cases. Serve as the primary point of communication between the clinical team, patients, and referring partners to ensure seamless case planning and execution.
Practice Operations Oversight:
Supervise the daily administrative and clinical operations of the practice, ensuring optimal efficiency, organization, and patient experience. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement improvements where needed.
Referral Relations & Office Promotion:
Act as a liaison to referring offices, building and maintaining strong professional relationships to support practice growth. Represent the office with professionalism and serve as a key point of contact for external partners. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in dental office management (periodontics or specialty preferred) Strong leadership and team-building skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced clinical environment Proficiency in Curve Dental, digital scanners (Trios), CBCT imaging, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Why Join Us?
