Job Description

Job Overview Veterans Choice Home is seeking a bilingual (Spanish & English) Office Administrator / Receptionist to support our growing team. This role is essential in keeping our office running smoothly while delivering excellent customer service to clients and vendors. We're looking for someone who is organized, friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and greet clients in a professional, welcoming manner Schedule appointments and manage calendars Maintain organized records, files, and client documentation Support billing, invoicing, and general office tasks Assist the operations and sales teams with administrative needs Manage daily office operations including supplies and mail Keep the office clean, organized, and presentable Enter warranties and ensure accuracy of information Requirements Fluent in both Spanish and English (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing and customer-service oriented personality Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask Team player with a positive attitude Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Consistent schedule Paid time off Opportunities for advancement Performance-based bonuses Supportive, team-oriented work environment About Us Veteran's Choice Home is a veteran & family-owned company committed to quality service and strong customer relationships.
