Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient work environment. This vital role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and ensure the smooth operation of the backend of a business. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills, strong computer literacy, and a proactive attitude to keep our office running seamlessly. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead administrative functions while contributing to a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities Oversee multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to inquiries Maintain accurate data entry, filing systems, and document proofreading to support administrative accuracy Handle calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events efficiently Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and other office management applications to streamline workflows Provide customer support via phone and email, addressing inquiries with professionalism and care Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including basic bookkeeping and recordkeeping for financial transactions Support clerical duties such as typing reports, managing correspondence, and organizing office supplies Ensure office organization through filing systems, inventory management, and maintaining a clean workspace Support personal assistant responsibilities when needed, including task prioritization and time management for leadership Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic computer skills Experience with QuickBooks is required. Excellent customer service skills with effective phone etiquette and communication abilities Prior clerical experience including data entry, proofreading, filing, and document management Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office equipment such as printers and fax machines Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Join us in creating an organized, welcoming environment where efficiency meets excellence!
