As an Office Manager at a leading and thriving private school in McLean area, you will be part of a growing business while making a difference in the lives of children. Prior experience in a school setting a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support including emails, scheduling, and record-keeping Welcome and assist prospective families during tours and visits Support event coordination and onsite promotional activities Respond to inquiries and maintain strong communication with families Assist with enrollment processes and follow-ups Maintain organized records and support daily office operations
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Friendly, professional, and confident engaging with families Experience in customer service or childcare settings is a plus What you'll do: Answer phones and parent queries Event coordination and management Coordinate onsite enrichment classes Greet and receive students and visitors Conduct open houses and marketing events including online marketing campaigns Assist in day-to-day operations Follow school policy, county and state rules. . Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents Monitor children to ensure their health, safety and physical well-being. Participate in regular staff meetings and assist with in-service training as needed.
