Join our team at Newport Post Acute as an Assistant Business Office Manager Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services Full-time opportunity Same Day Pay!
Pay Rate:
$18 -20 per hour No Frills Program for
Full-Time Employees:
If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you'll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay. Qualifications for
Assistant Business Office Manager:
Skilled Nursing Experience Required! Two years of bookkeeping experience within a healthcare setting, including, but not limited to: managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions. Software proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public. Must have knowledge of billing and collection practices/techniques. Superior organization skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to multitask. Prior experience in a health care setting- Long-term Care/ Rehab preferred Ability to build strong relationships Superior organization skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to multitask.
