What You'll Do Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve concerns Lead, train, schedule, and develop Front Office staff Oversee reservations, forecasting, budgeting, and inventory Maximize revenue while controlling costs Uphold our commitment to hospitality—24/7, 365 What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; college preferred 1-2 years of customer service or management experience (hotel experience a plus) Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office & hotel systems preferred Sound decision-making, problem-solving, and writing skills Yield management experience preferred
