Job Description

Job Summary Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Williamsburg-Gloucester is a growing outdoor lighting company seeking a detail-oriented, self-directed Office Administrator to manage daily operations and work directly with the owner. This is a high-ownership role with real influence over how the office runs. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming phone calls Return voicemails and schedule sales and service appointments Confirm appointments, invoice clients, and manage accounts receivable Coordinate installation logistics: HOA packets, 811 requests, pre-installation prep Order construction materials and manage inventory Follow up on open proposals Attend franchise brand monthly calls; take and distribute notes Cover networking group meetings when needed Keep the office clean, organized, and stocked What We're Looking For Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional phone manner and client communication skills QuickBooks experience preferred; willingness to learn required Takes ownership — proactive, not reactive Compensation & Benefits $18 - $25 per hour, depending on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays
