The Opportunity As the Business Office Manager , you will support The Warren communities , which are located close to one another. This unique role allows you to collaborate with two leadership teams, ensuring each community operates efficiently and continues to provide exceptional care and service. You'll work closely with both Executive Directors to maintain consistency in business office operations across the two locations. Previous experience in a similar role—especially within senior living, healthcare, or geriatrics—is a plus .
Key Responsibilities Shift:
Monday-Friday Manager-on-Duty Weekend Rotation General Maintain confidentiality of resident, staff, and community information. Build positive, collaborative relationships with residents, families, team members, and vendors. Demonstrate dependability and a strong commitment to Inspirit Senior Living's mission and values. Finance Monitor and follow up on late payments. Maintain accurate census and financial records, including data entry and resident billing. Work with the Inspirit Senior Living Finance Department to process payables: code invoices, obtain signatures, and manage routine bills. Oversee time and attendance systems to ensure accurate payroll processing for both communities. Human Resources Collect and track all new-hire documentation, including pre-employment testing. Assist managers in applying personnel policies and ensuring fair, consistent practices. Maintain organized personnel records and files for both communities. Support new employee orientation and administer company benefit programs. Assist with unemployment and workers' compensation processes. Conduct background checks on potential hires. Serve as an active member of the safety committee and help maintain a safe, secure environment for all. What We're Looking For A passion for working with seniors and making a meaningful impact. Strong organizational and communication skills. At least one year of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Experience in business office management, finance, or human resources (senior living/healthcare experience preferred). A team player who leads by example and embodies our values.
