Office Manager

Performance Unlimited is looking for a full-time or part-time Office Manager to join our growing team. We specialize in automotive restoration and modification. Our projects are often detailed, long-term builds that require strong organization and excellent customer communication from start to finish as well as some short term projects. If you're organized, self-motivated, personable, and looking for a long-term opportunity in a fun, automotive-focused environment, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and customer communication
• Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians
• Prepare invoices, estimates, payments, and vendor orders
• Maintain organized records and shop documentation
• Order parts and track inventory
• Provide excellent customer service throughout each project
• Keep the front office professional, efficient, and welcoming Qualifications
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
• Automotive knowledge is a major plus
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
