Summary:
Organize office operations and procedures, control correspondence, design and manage filing systems, review and approve supply requisitions and assign and monitor clerical functions. Support executive and management team as necessary.
Essential Duties:
Quality assurance i.e. input data for QA report, quality checks of files, etc. Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries Clerical support - email, scan, fax, filing Filing supply orders for managers Maintaining and balancing office budgets Maintain inventory HR Support as needed Manage job postings in UKG Ulti-Pro as needed Manage and maintain Office inventory & supplies Executive support as needed Distribute building support materials as necessary Maintain office equipment. Schedule service, as necessary. Monitor office alarm reports, if applicable Coordinate and assist warehouse deliveries, if applicable Coordinate repair issues with Property Manager, if applicable
Qualifications:
