Job Description
Description The Supply Chain Risk Compliance (SCRC) WW PMO, is looking for a strong project manager, who will be responsible for the overall project management of monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBR, QBR) and the OP process. This is an exciting and high visibility role. You will own these important mechanisms for the world wide Supply Chain Risk & Compliance organization, which is comprised of six L8 compliance organizations: Food Safety, Dangerous Goods, Global Trade Services, Transportation Risk & Compliance, Rest of World Compliance, and Global Solutions Risk & Compliance. You will engage with our internal stakeholders to identify content and ensure it is of the quality to be presented to L10 leadership. Key job responsibilities
- Manage senior stakeholders across multiple internal organizations.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize and influence, and drive projects with urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Makes recommendations to senior management on opportunities for organizational and business-level risk mitigation
- Implementation of Amazon AI Tools (QuickSuite) to bring efficiencies to program management work. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship
- Experience developing and implementing of standards, policies and programs or equivalent Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
