Job Description

Office Administrator 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Our Lexar Homes Centralia office is seeking a dependable, highly organized and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential construction administration and accounts payable (AP) knowledge. This role is critical to ensuring smooth financial processes, project coordination, and overall office efficiency.
KEY RESPONSILBILITES
Administrative:
Oversee daily office operations and administrative procedures Maintain subcontractor contracts and licenses Coordinate communication between Finance, project managers, subcontractors, vendors and management Support leadership with internal processes
Accounts Payable & Financial Support:
Process subcontractor and vendor invoices Assist with resolving billing discrepancies Maintain organized financial records work closely with finance team
Construction Support:
Track and maintain subcontractor database including insurance and licenses Support project managers with scheduling and material coordination
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of residential construction preferred Strong accounts payable preferred Strong problem solving, reliable, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks Ability to work independently and as part of a team
