Office Manager

Job Description We are seeking a reliable and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of our medical practice. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and an excellent communicator who can work effectively with staff, providers, and outside vendors. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day front office and administrative operations Serve as the primary communication link between staff, providers, and external vendors Ensure clear, professional, and timely communication throughout the practice Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and office workflows Maintain efficient administrative processes that support patient care Build and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and outside contacts Requirements Minimum of 2 years of healthcare administration experience (required) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced medical environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Professional demeanor with attention to detail.

Pay:

$40.00 - $55.00 per hour
