This is a hands on, high impact role involving billing, payroll, and daily office operations while working directly with the GM and members. You'll be the person who connects the dots. This is full time, direct hire and fully onsite.
Finance & Administrative Specialist Location:
Federal Way, WA Salary:
$75k
  • 85k DOE + benefits
Schedule:
8am
  • 4pm M-F (some flexibility) occasional weekends
Industry:
Service/Hospitality/Club About the role § Prepare monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and reports accurately and on time. § Monitor cash flow, bank accounts, transfers, and disbursements. § Oversee payroll processing, reporting, and compliance. § Support HR functions, including employee records, benefits, and compliance coordination. § Manage accounts receivable, audit support, tax reporting, and compliance with GAAP and internal controls. § Communicating with members in person and via phone in regards to membership discrepancies and or questions § Lead annual operating, reserve, and capital budgeting with leadership teams. § Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, insurers, and external partners. § Provide financial reporting and guidance to leadership. § Lead and train accounting staff, including oversight of Jonas system processes. § Perform additional accounting, systems, and administrative duties as assigned.
