DariTech, Inc. is looking for an experienced Office Manager & Controller to oversee our financial operations and office management. This role is responsible for accounting, payroll, tax compliance, financial reporting, and leading a small team. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare financial statements, manage A/R & A/P, and oversee departmental P&Ls Oversee payroll, tax compliance and HR Prepare multi-state sales and use tax returns and ensure multi-state tax compliance Maintain corporate records, regulatory filings, and compliance requirements Manage insurance policies, lease agreements, capital purchases and financial planning Lead a team of three, including accounting and office staff Support business operations, partnering with key departments
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Accounting or 5+ years of accounting/financial management experience 3+ years of experience managing a team Strong knowledge of GAAP, payroll, tax regulations, and multi-state compliance Experience with Sage accounting software preferred Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills Apply today to join our team and contribute to our financial and operational success!

$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
