Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Pacific, WA. In this role, you will oversee essential office operations, including bookkeeping, payroll, human resources, and contract administration. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to an established company while managing various financial and administrative functions.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salaried $80k - $100k depending on experiencePaid Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
Paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick LeaveResponsibilities:
Supervise administrative staff, ensuring smooth and efficient day‑to‑day operations of a two‑person front office.

Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, including the general ledger, balance sheet, and profit and loss statements.

Prepare and file monthly sales tax reports and support year‑end tax compilation activities.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including contract and work‑order billing as well as vendor payments.

Oversee payroll processing for both weekly and bi‑weekly schedules, ensuring compliance with prevailing wage and union reporting requirements.

Administer installation and maintenance contracts through cloud‑based construction platforms such as Textura, Procore, and GCPay.

Manage medical and general liability insurance programs, ensuring proper documentation and regulatory compliance.

Oversee employee benefits administration, onboarding, training, certifications, and ongoing operational compliance.

Leverage advanced Excel capabilities, including macro‑driven spreadsheets, for reporting and data management.
