Job Description

Our esteemed dental office in Redmond is seeking a motivated and skilled Financial and insurance Coordinator to oversee the daily financial and administrative operations of our practice. This position is perfect for an individual with a strong background in dental office financials and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities Financial Oversight & Billing:
Manage insurance billing processes using Dentrix, including entering EOBs, calculating and collecting co-pays, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Run and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports. Present treatment plans and cost breakdowns to patients, ensuring clear communication of financial obligations. Safeguard financial data and records, assist in financial audits, and ensure compliance with established accounting practices.
Office Operations:
Oversee front office operations to ensure seamless patient experiences. Facilitate effective scheduling for both staff and patients to maximize efficiency. Organize regular staff meetings and morning huddles to foster communication, provide updates, and develop the team's skills. Deliver outstanding customer service with patients as the top priority. Build and maintain positive relationships with doctors and team members, facilitating the resolution of concerns. Lead by example, fostering a professional and collaborative work environment. Requirements A minimum of 2 years of experience in dental office administration. experience with dental management softwares, primarily Dentrix. Organizational and multitasking abilities. A commitment to providing outstanding patient care and customer service.
