We specialize in residential remodeling, demolition, and new construction projects. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and experienced Office Manager / Bookkeeper to help manage our day-to-day office operations and company finances as we continue to grow.
  • Responsibilities:
    Bookkeeping & Accounting
  • Manage bookkeeping using QuickBooks
  • Record and reconcile income and expenses
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare client invoices and track payments
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Maintain organized financial records
  • Assist CPA/accountant with tax preparation and reports
  • Track project/job costs and vendor payments
  • Payroll & Administrative Duties
  • Process employee payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintain employee records and timesheets
  • Manage office emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Organize permits, subcontractor paperwork, and project documents
  • Maintain vendor files including insurance and W-9s
  • Order office supplies and maintain office organization
  • Support project managers and ownership with administrative tasks
  • Qualifications ✔ QuickBooks experience required ✔ Minimum 1 year bookkeeping or office management experience preferred ✔ Construction industry experience preferred ✔ Strong organizational and communication skills ✔ Ability to multitask and work independently ✔ Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook ✔ Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
