This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting residents and families while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. In our skilled nursing setting, we focus on helping each resident regain independence and transition successfully to the next level of care. Our team leads with integrity, supports one another, and stays focused on meaningful outcomes. What You'll Do Front office duties, including greeting visitors and new admissions, answering and directing phone calls, and ordering supplies Process vendor invoices, including verifying accuracy, coding expenses, and routing for approval and payment. Manage facility collections, including private pay, co-pays, and share-of-cost balances and weekly Medicaid billing Work directly with residents and families to collect payments and answer billing questions Set up and monitor payment plans when needed Verify and maintain accurate insurance information in the system Support new admissions by confirming insurance coverage and payer acceptance, completing admission agreements, and assisting with Medicaid applications Proactively communicate financial responsibilities to avoid unexpected costs Partner with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth resident experience What We Offer Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer match Generous paid time off (up to 16 days annually) Company-paid life insurance A stable, team-oriented workplace with opportunities to grow What We're Looking For At least 1 year of business office or collections experience (healthcare preferred) Skilled nursing facility experience is a plus Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, and hospice billing Experience with PointClickCare is preferred Background in accounts receivable/payable is helpful High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset If you're someone who can balance accuracy with empathy and wants to be part of a team that values both people and performance, we'd like to connect with you.
