Job Description

The DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport is looking for their next Front Office Supervisor! If you're looking to take the next step in your hospitality journey this is the right direction where you will be gaining experience leading an amazing team! Our 850 room Hotel is right off Route 99, next to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport., and 15 miles from Downtown Seattle The Link Light Rail station is two blocks from our door. This Supervisor will work closely with the Director of Front office operations and will be responsible for assigning work and ensuring the completion of daily tasks in Front Office operation. The ideal candidate for this role will possess: Minimum 1 year of Front Desk Experience Minimum 1 year of Supervisory Experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong leadership skills Hilton Systems Knowledge a plus

Hourly Rate :
Starting probationary rate will be $25.53 and after 90 days rate will be $27.95. The Benefits

As a Front Office Supervisor, you would be responsible for assigning work and ensuring the completion of daily tasks in Front Office operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Assign work and supervise team member performance in all Front Office procedures including, but not limited to, guest check-in and check-out, lobby traffic and flow, luggage assistance, telephone operator services and determining room rates and availability Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues and complaints in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints Schedule, assign daily work, lead pre-shift meetings, inform and train team members Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance Monitor lobby traffic and adjust staffing accordingly What are we looking for?
