Non-Exempt Compensation:
$22-$24 DOE, with NOI bonus eligibility. The Office Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Independent Living Inc. / SHAG office. This position will be responsible for assisting the office staff with administrative tasks and supporting the team in daily activities including leasing. This position will also be responsible for maintaining an orderly office and assisting with general office duties. The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable, and excels at working with a diverse community including seniors and families. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors Maintain orderly office and assist in daily office operations. Work with the office staff to ensure office is running smoothly. Assist in organizing, answering phones, transferring calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating and scheduling resident events. Touring and processing lease applications as necessary. Keep all calendars up to date and maintain a thorough online filing system. Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment. Support property staff with administrative tasks and resident communications. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook for daily correspondence, scheduling, and reporting. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of one (1) year experience as an Office Administrator or related field. Must possess excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize and multitask; ability to work independently; attention to detail; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a team; ability to work with minimal supervision at times; ability to work under pressure; flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and priorities of the business; Knowledge of computers and basic software applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and other Microsoft Suite software.
