Job Description

Patient-centered private dermatology practice dedicated to providing exceptional dermatologic care in a professional, compassionate, and welcoming environment. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations, support our providers and staff, and help ensure an outstanding patient experience. Job Summary The Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, excellent patient service, and strong team performance. This position may begin as part-time and transition to full-time depending on experience, knowledge, and scope of responsibilities. Responsibilities Manage daily medical office operations and administrative workflow Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies Oversee patient scheduling, registration, and front-office functions Supervise, train, and support administrative staff Address patient concerns professionally and maintain a high level of patient satisfaction Coordinate communication between providers, staff, and patients Assist with billing, insurance, and revenue cycle processes as needed Monitor office supplies, vendors, and operational needs Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and patient experience Qualifications Knowledge of medical office operations and healthcare administration Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Experience managing patient interactions and resolving concerns professionally Proficiency with EMR systems and standard office software Dermatology experience preferred
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
