Job Responsibilities Include:
Providing outstanding customer service Creating and managing invoices Assisting with daily office operations Communicating professionally with customers and team members Supporting administrative and organizational tasks as needed
Desired Qualifications:
2+ years of sign industry experience preferred Experience using Quick Books Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong math and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Willingness to learn new processes and take direction
What We Offer:
