Office Manager - Dental Clinic Eau Claire, WI Area Full-Time | Confidential Employer We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Office Manager to support the daily operations and overall efficiency of our dental clinic. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth, patient-focused environment through strong leadership, administrative oversight, and exceptional customer service. The Office Manager helps uphold high standards of patient care, maintains regulatory compliance, and fosters a productive, team-centered workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the daily clinic operations Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards Provide leadership and guidance to clinical and administrative staff Assist with scheduling, workflow management, and operational planning Maintain exceptional patient service and resolve escalated concerns Contribute to process improvements to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency Support staff training, onboarding, and performance coordination
Qualifications:
