Job Description

Experienced Office Professional Wanted for Growing Automotive Business P&B Truck Accessories & Madison Ziebart is a locally owned, rapidly growing truck accessory and automotive detailing business seeking an experienced Office Manager / Bookkeeper to oversee daily administrative and financial operations. This is not an entry-level position . We are looking for someone who can take ownership of office organization, bookkeeping accuracy, and workflow coordination while supporting a busy service team. If you enjoy structure, accountability, and being the person who keeps a business running efficiently, we want to meet you. Primary Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and front-office workflow Maintain accurate bookkeeping, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable Assist with payroll processing and employee records Prepare financial reports and maintain organized documentation Coordinate Penske rentals and administrative logistics Support ownership with operational and administrative oversight Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and staff Any other tasks as directed by the General Manager or Owners Required Qualifications (Applications without these may not be considered) Minimum 2-3 years office management or bookkeeping experience Experience using QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise or similar accounting software Strong organizational skills with proven multitasking ability High attention to detail and financial accuracy Professional communication and customer service skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced service or automotive environment Strong computer proficiency (Gmail Suite, email systems, scheduling tools) Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Likes keeping systems organized and efficient Can work independently without constant supervision Takes pride in accuracy and follow-through Enjoys being part of a small, hardworking team Wants a stable, long-term role with a growing local company Compensation & Schedule Starting at $25 to $28 an hour Monday-Friday daytime schedule Full-time, year-round position Long-term growth opportunity within an expanding business Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Available Simple IRA retirement plan with company match About Us We are a hands-on local business specializing in truck accessories, detailing, rust protection, and automotive services.
