Team Supervisor/Relationship Banker - Mukwonago Office

Our Mukwonago Team Supervisor/Relationship Banker (TS/RB) is responsible for driving customer service excellence in the Mukwonago Office by building customer relationships, exuding professionalism, and coaching and mentoring our Teller and Universal Banker Teams. The TS/RB plays an integral part in meeting sales goals and is a role model of accuracy, organization and attention-to-detail relating to reporting, audits, schedules, and adherence to bank policiesprocedures. This position is onsite and requires the ability to obtain an active NMLS Registry Record Employment with Waukesha State Bank is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
