Overview of Position:
Heiser has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator in Sturgeon Bay to work afternoon/evening shifts and Saturdays. We are seeking a professional individual, preferably with clerical and cashier experience, who demonstrates strong customer service skills, is detail oriented, and who is a self-starter and team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment. The Office Administrator is responsible for cashiering, some accounting, providing office clerical services (answering phone calls and other misc. office duties), and directing customers to appropriate departments. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Minimum 1+ year(s) relevant clerical experience answering a multi-line phone system Previous customer service experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Must be able to work evenings and every other Saturday Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to function as part of a team and work independently Willingness to learn and take direction.
