Job Description

Chain O' Lakes Plumbing, LLC, is a small, seasonally fast paced plumbing business that may also have some slower times. We've been rated as Waupaca's Best in Business for several years because we strive to provide customers with requested assistance as soon as possible (based on availability) and at a competitive cost. We're seeking an energetic self-starter to take over for retiring office manager. The ideal candidate is a well-organized individual who is able to communicate professionally, is proficient on the computer, answers phones, responds to customer contact requests (phone, email, web contact form) and schedules jobs accordingly.
Job Duties:
Excellent customer service is expected and regular contact with the owner (mainly texts and phone calls) will occur on a mostly daily basis. Besides scheduling, this position assists with invoicing and other accounting functions, runs errands, calculates employee work hours, requests and/or provides documentation needed for some jobs, various other tasks as needed, and assists coworkers to keep the business functioning efficiently and effectively. Eligible for two weeks paid vacation time and Simple IRA after the first year. Flexibility to begin part-time before full-time hours ensue if needed.
