Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Equipment Office Associate / Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of farm equipment and heavy machinery, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle daily office and sales operations efficiently. This position requires someone who is organized, computer savvy, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while assisting customers and supporting equipment sales. Responsibilities Assist customers with equipment sales and inquiries Maintain knowledge of farm equipment and heavy machinery Handle day-to-day office operations Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally Process financing applications and assist with financing options Track and manage inventory records Enter and update customer and equipment information in computer systems Coordinate paperwork, sales documents, and office filing Support team members with administrative and sales tasks Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications Knowledge of farm equipment and heavy machinery required Previous sales or office experience preferred Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly Excellent communication and people skills Quick learner with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay organized Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Terms are negotiable
