We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our Laramie Wyoming office. This role is responsible for helping maintain an organized, functional, and welcoming office environment through a combination of administrative support, office organization, mail handling, supply management, and light office upkeep. The Office Administrator helps ensure the office runs smoothly and that team members have the resources and environment they need to do their best work. This is a hands-on operational support role rather than a traditional desk-only administrative position. Success in this role comes from reliability, attention to detail, ownership, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly. Requirements:
Qualifications 3+ years of experience in client service, project coordination, operations support, administration, professional services, account High school diploma or equivalent required Previous office, administrative, facilities, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities without constant supervision Reliable, punctual, and dependable Comfortable handling both administrative tasks and light office cleaning responsibilities Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace preferred Professional and positive attitude Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Preferred Qualities Self-starter with a proactive mindset Organized and detail-oriented Adaptable and willing to assist where needed Comfortable in a small office environment Takes pride in maintaining clean, organized, and efficient spaces Key Responsibilities Office Operations Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Prepare mailings and shipments Scan, print, copy, and organize documents as needed Maintain organized office files, supply areas, and storage spaces Monitor office inventory and restock supplies as necessary Coordinate with leadership regarding office needs, maintenance issues, or supply requests Assist with miscellaneous operational and administrative tasks as needed Office Organization & Upkeep Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Perform light office cleaning and upkeep duties, including: Tidying workspaces and shared areas Wiping down surfaces Organizing office materials and supplies Taking out trash and replacing liners as needed Restocking kitchen and restroom supplies General day-to-day office upkeep to help maintain a functional workspace General Operational Support Run occasional local errands Assist with office-related projects and special tasks Provide flexible support for operational needs as they arise Help keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly What Success Looks Like Success in this role is measured less by major projects and more by the consistency and reliability of the day-to-day experience you create for the team.
