Job Description

Overview Radiant Health Functional Medicine & Sheridan Spine and Sports Medicine is seeking an organized, professional, and technology-savvy Front Office Manager to be the face of our growing clinic. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves creating exceptional patient experiences, and enjoys leveraging technology to improve efficiency and communication. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, highly personable, and excited about helping patients achieve optimal health through functional, regenerative, and aesthetic medicine. Responsibilities Patient Experience Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, emails, texts, and online inquiries promptly Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars Coordinate follow-up appointments and patient communications Assist patients with questions regarding services, memberships, and treatment plans Ensure exceptional customer service at every patient touchpoint Administrative Operations Manage front desk workflow and daily clinic operations Verify patient information and maintain accurate records Assist with patient onboarding and paperwork Process payments and maintain financial accuracy Coordinate referrals, records requests, and documentation Maintain clinic supplies and inventory oversight Billing & Revenue Cycle Management Process patient statements and ensure timely and accurate billing communications Monitor and manage outstanding patient balances Serve as the primary point of contact for patient billing questions and concerns Resolve claim issues, denials, and payment discrepancies Assist with insurance claims management, including claim tracking, follow-up, and coordination of required documentation Review insurance explanations of benefits (EOBs) and communicate patient financial responsibility when needed Facilitate payment arrangements and maintain positive patient relationships while addressing financial matters professionally Identify billing trends and opportunities to improve collection processes and patient satisfaction Ensure compliance with clinic policies, payer requirements, and patient privacy regulations Technology & Marketing Support Utilize EMR and practice management software efficiently Manage patient communication platforms, online scheduling, and CRM systems Assist with social media posting and content scheduling Help implement automation systems and workflow improvements Generate reports and track clinic performance metrics Support website updates and online reputation management Team Support Assist providers and clinical staff with administrative needs Participate in staff meetings and process improvement initiatives Help maintain a positive, professional clinic culture Identify opportunities to improve patient satisfaction and clinic efficiency Qualifications-Required 2+ years of front office, administrative, or management experience Strong computer and technology skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and take initiative Preferred Medical office experience Experience with EMR systems Billing & Coding Experience Customer service Leadership or supervisory experience Strong computer and technology skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and take initiative
Pay:
$26.00 - $30.00 per hour
