Job Description

Play a central role in keeping our projects and our people moving forward. You'll be an essential partner in supporting teams that shape communities across Albany and Rochester. About the Role Bohle r's Albany, NY and Rochester, NY offices are seeking an Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative and project support to help deliver innovative land development solutions for clients throughout the upstate and western NY area . What You'll Do Prepare proposals, letters, reports, and correspondence from draft to client-ready Assist managers with project status updates, expense reports, and monthly accounting tasks File project documents, track tasks, and maintain accurate records in project management systems Support submissions to outside agencies, including assembling materials and managing deliverables Coordinate meetings, events, and travel logistics, including agenda creation and follow-up Prepare and assemble plans, reports, and map packages for internal and external use Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to support timely project delivery What We Offer A collaborative, high-energy workplace where your contributions matter Opportunities to learn about the land development process and work with industry experts Access to training, mentorship, and tools to grow your administrative and project coordination skills A people-first culture that celebrates teamwork, growth, and shared success What You'll Bring High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of administrative experience supporting management-level staff Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Concur or CRM a plus Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively Commitment to professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information Ready to grow your career with a team that values your organization and drive?
