Up to $25.97 / Hour Position Overview We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a temporary 2-3-month assignment. This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, enjoys providing exceptional customer service, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Receive, sort, distribute, and send mail and packages Scan, process, and distribute documents as needed Create labels, name tags, and assist with document preparation, printing, and binding Serve as the front desk point of contact by greeting guests and clients and monitoring office access Order, restock, and organize office and kitchen supplies Maintain shared office spaces, including light kitchen upkeep (e.g., unloading dishwasher, wiping counters) Coordinate with vendors regarding office repairs and building maintenance needs Conduct regular office walkthroughs to identify and address maintenance, organization, or cleanliness issues Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations Required Qualifications Education High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required Bachelor's degree preferred Experience Minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience required Experience supporting a professional services environment preferred Technical Skills Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Experience with PeopleSoft Financials or similar databases preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation Proven ability to interact professionally with executives, clients, vendors, and colleagues at all levels Outstanding customer service skills with a professional and diplomatic approach Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset Self-motivated team player willing to support office needs as required Requirements Please note: This position requires a minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience and a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Pay Details:
