  • Alaska 4x4 Rentals Equipment Coordinator
Seasonal/Summer Position Purpose of Position:
Provide support to management by providing customer service, contract renewals, logistics, data entry and purchasing of shop materials.
Areas of Responsibility:
Ensure vehicles are checked in and clean for lease Checking in / out assets, generating corporate lease agreements Facilitate the timely delivery and pickup of vehicles from the airport and customers Ensure inspection sheets are completed and signed by customer before and after lease documents are signed Return signed leasing contracts from customers to the office manager Work with customers to maintain scheduled maintenance / repair Ensure accurate maintenance records are kept on all vehicles Plan and coordinate tire changeovers twice a year Create, receive and close purchase orders as required Schedule asset shipping to / from company's other locations Keep parts and supplies in an organized system for quick retrieval when needed Clean and maintain the lot, shop and office areas at all times Keep keys organized on a key rack Maintain company standards through company logos on vehicles
Requirements Required Skills and Abilities:
Must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years experience in a similar position. Ability to review correspondence and reports for correct format and grammar Proficient with the use computers; including Windows and Microsoft Office Must have a driver's license with a clean driving record Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check and willing to comply with random drug screenings Ability to take ownership of a project and follow it through to completion with minimal supervision
Communication and Teamwork:
Must have the ability, and desire, to work as a team member and utilize good communication skills both in oral and written form. Must be able to effectively communicate and work with a variety of personalities
Physical Requirements and Agility:
Ability to occasionally lift/carry objects weighing 50 lbs., bend and stoop to file.
Working Conditions:
The work is performed in office, shop and outdoor environments. Work in the field can be in the shop, at customer sites and may be in inclement weather. Out of town travel is not required. If interested, please apply at https://oldharbornativecorp.applicantpool.com/
