Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced office assistant / customer service dispatcher to join our skilled team on the Kenai Peninsula. This position is an excellent opportunity for a qualified individual to serve our growing community. Our team is motivated, positive and supportive, creating an enjoyable, professional work environment. Essential Elements of the job Answer incoming customer phone calls. Schedule jobs for field technicians and communicate with technicians daily. Assist walk in customers in the storefront. Resolve customer concerns with a positive & friendly approach. Maintain a clean office workspace. Have a strong attention to detail. Ability to complete necessary paperwork and notes for each call. Excellent time management and people skills. Work as a team player with office co-workers and technicians.
