We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Front Office Coordinator to support daily office operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and calls. This role requires a professional, organized individual with a strong background in administrative support, record management, and filing.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming front office environmentAnswer and route incoming calls, manage inboxes, and respond to general inquiriesMaintain accurate records, including organizing and managing both electronic and paper filing systemsSupport document preparation, data entry, and record tracking to ensure compliance and accessibilitySchedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with general administrative tasksManage office supplies, mail distribution, and general office upkeepAssist with special projects and provide support to multiple departments as needed
