SUMMARY OF DUTIES
 Provide direct support to the Chief Safety & Security Officer. Manage budget reports, compose and maintain a variety of Databases, spreadsheets and prepare reports using this information. Assist with scheduling of appointments, facilities, meetings etc. Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence. Part of this position will also work as an Administrative Assistant within the Transportation Department to assist with dispatch, reports, and other duties as assigned.
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
 Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school: or six months to one-year related experience and /or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to multi-task a must. Must be detail oriented and have working knowledge of Google Docs; Excel and Word. Strong written communication skills using word processing, email and other modern tools. Comfortable in an online-oriented, highly connected work environment.
