Tuition Reimbursement Program reimbursable up to $5250 per calendar year Job Description The Executive Administrative Assistant - EVP/Chief Administrative Officer provides high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to the EVP & Chief Administrative Officer, as well as other Company officers that directly or indirectly report to the EVP and Chief Administrative Officer, of Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED. This role serves as a strategic partner, enabling executives to focus on enterprise leadership, governance, strategy, and external engagement. The position requires exceptional judgment, discretion, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-standards environment. What your day will look like:
Proactive management of executive communications and complex calendars
Prioritization and preparation of concise, decision-ready information
Drafting and editing executive-level correspondence
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including company and commercial aircraft logistics, lodging, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
Supports leadership meetings and governance forums through agenda coordination, material preparation, secure document distribution, and action-item follow-through
Managing executive presentations and briefing materials
Maintaining efficient office routines, processing expenses and reports
Improving administrative workflows
Supporting special projects, and coordinating cross-functionally on behalf of supported leaders while handling highly confidential information
Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management
What you need to succeed:
Minimum age 18 years old
Valid driver's license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies
Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
Ability to read, write and speak English
Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines
Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets
Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology
Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or 7 -10+ plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
7 -10+ years of experience supporting senior leaders, Vice Presidents, or C-suite executives preferred
Ability to demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills required
Strong organizational and prioritization abilities required
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and related tools
Ability to manage confidential, sensitive, and non-routine information with professionalism and discretion
Experience with ERP systems, expense reporting, and reporting or business intelligence tools is preferred
Ability to sit and type continuously
