Job Description

Overview:
We are continuously seeking to connect with experienced Office Administrators who are open to contract and contract-to-hire opportunities across the Birmingham market. We partner with a variety of organizations and are building a network of administrative professionals who can step in, make an immediate impact, and support evolving business needs.
Typical Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and file managementProvide administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teamsMaintain accurate records, reports, and documentationCoordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangementsHandle inbound calls, emails, and front office interactionsAssist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, or expense tracking as neededSupport onboarding, HR coordination, or office logistics when applicable
