Experience independently monitoring and tracking all incoming correspondence and communicions, and reporting the informion to the approprie parties; and Experience coordining events and meeting and ensuring merials are assembled and distributed, and logistics (i.e. scheduled accommodions) are secured; and Experience preparing reports and other da for management; and Experience preparing travel arrangements and itineraries for management and staff.
