Job Summary We are seeking a positive, self-starting, and motivated Dental Front Office Assistant to be the welcoming face in our dental office. This position requires smooth daily operations and an exceptional patient experience. Your approach and attention to detail will help manage patient intake, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and collecting co-pays. This position offers a great opportunity to be part of a supportive, kind, and compassionate dental office. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression Schedule appointments efficiently using Eaglesoft program. Verify insurance coverage and benefits Manage patient check-in and check-out processes with accuracy Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette Assist with billing procedures Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry Coordinate with clinical staff for patient care plans and intake procedures Experience Prior clinic or dental office experience is 5 years' experience Strong knowledge of dental terminology Proven ability to handle insurance verification processes accurately and efficiently Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on patient service excellence
