ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Administrative Assistants are enthusiastic dependable individuals responsible for acting as liaison between the customer and Knox Pest Control. They are individuals who can listen patiently and communicate in a positive manner to process customer requests or resolve complaints. Their target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Job Duties:
  • Assess customer needs, resolve complaints and follow-up to ensure resolution
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and managers to ensure quality service is being delivered
  • Greet customers warmly with a positive attitude
  • Review and verify account information - maintain details notes of customer interaction
  • Make quality assurance and collections calls
  • Maintain neat work area and organized filing system
  • Make collection calls
  • Process credit card payments
