Job Description

NEEDED ASAP!
Tax, payroll, & accounting firm seeks Administrative Assistant for part time off-season work (May-November) and full time work December-April. This is a permanent position and more hours may be available depending on job performance and availability. Part time hours are four days a week, 5 hours per day through November. Full time hours start in December and will be 40 hours/wk. Availability needed for occasional overtime and some Saturdays in Feb & March. Job training provided. MUST be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, have great customer service skills, and able to work independently. MUST have your own dependable transportation and show up to work on time (no exceptions and NO time off during busy season). The desired person must be able to maintain a clean, organized and structured work area, present professionalism at all times and demonstrate integrity to clients, employees and management. Required Skills/Qualifications
    CUSTOMER SERVICE!
    / Must Have Experience Working with the Public
    • Microsoft Word & Excel
    • Computer Experience/ Overall PC Proficiency (including internet & email apps)
    • GREAT Phone Skills (voice, attitude, and a good listener)
    • Typing min 35wpm (Accuracy is More Important than Speed)
    • Must Be Organized and Good at Problem Solving
    • Must Be a FAST Learner
    • Must Have Dependable Transportation
    MUST BE ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE AND DEADLINES
      MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WITH LITTLE OR NO DIRECT SUPERVISION
