Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, manage administrative tasks with precision, and support the smooth operation of our office environment. Your energy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will help foster a welcoming atmosphere and ensure all office functions run seamlessly. T Responsibilities Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously using proper phone etiquette. Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and organized files. Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings. Utilize computer skills including Google Workspace, Payment Software, Interoffice Software. Filing and organization of past and current records. Provide clerical support by managing incoming emails, preparing correspondence, and supporting customer support efforts. Experience Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills is required in this position. Proficiency in computer literacy with familiarity in Google Workspace. Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette in a professional setting. Knowledge of clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management. Previous experience as a receptionist in a fast paced work environment is considered an asset for understanding front desk operations. Personal assistant or office management experience that highlights strong time management skills and multitasking abilities.
Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
