About the opportunity The company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the Sales Assistant, Administrative position, providing administrative support to the sales team and contributing to the overall success of the organization. What you'll get to do
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating sales meetings and events

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
