Bilingual (English/Spanish) Personal Injury Legal Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual (English/Spanish) Personal Injury Legal Assistant to join our growing legal team. Experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate who is organized, dependable, and eager to learn. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Covering the front desk and reception area Greeting and assisting clients professionally Preparing and sending Letters of Representation to insurance companies Managing client communication and case updates Assisting attorneys and staff with administrative and case-related tasks Communicating with insurance adjusters to facilitate negotiations

Qualifications:

Fluent in both English and Spanish Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient with computers and office software Legal experience preferred, but not required Authorized to work in the U.
