SALES COMMISSIONS AS WELL AS AN HOURLY RATE.
It is an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills and contribute to a productive workplace. We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Agent to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as a point of contact for customers, manage daily administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth operation of our office environment. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming atmosphere while supporting various office functions. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and professionally, directing them appropriately Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, providing excellent customer support and information Handling inquiries Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Ecommerce systems, and QuickBooks Organize files, documents, and correspondence through effective filing systems and proofreading Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, photocopying, and general clerical duties Civic involvement and community interaction will be beneficial to your growth Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally Proven office management experience with strong clerical and administrative capabilities is preferred. Accuracy and attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks are a must Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, filing procedures, and calendar management tools Personal assistant or administrative support experience is advantageous for this role Join us as an Office Agent and become a key contributor to our vibrant team!
