Job Description

Job Overview We are actively seeking a dedicated and professional Front Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of front desk activities, providing exceptional customer service, and managing administrative functions efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be highly personable, and demonstrate proficiency in office management and clerical tasks. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to support diverse client interactions. This position offers an engaging environment where proactive communication and attention to detail are essential for success. Duties Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy. Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately. Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously via phone or email. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing administrative documentation. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and organizational skills to streamline daily operations. Process customer payments accurately and efficiently. Utilize computer systems and software applications to perform daily administrative tasks. Experience Proven clerical experience involving data entry, filing, proofreading, and general office support. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace applications. Experience working in customer service environments or as a receptionist in medical or dental settings is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively. Demonstrated professionalism in handling phone etiquette, customer support, and administrative responsibilities.
